How to modify the display of rooms (name, code, site, etc.) in the course form and on the timetablr grids?

Go to the menu My preferences > data > Rooms.
In the frame How to display the rooms?, select the display context (course form, grid, etc.) from the drop-down menu.
Tick the elements that should appear.
