  • Limit the access to rooms

Administrators or owners of rooms (by default, the users who created the rooms) can limit access in Modification to the rooms. Users who do not have access to a room can request a reservation if authorized.

Define the owner of a room

Staff with an authorization profile Administration can change the owner of a room.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Rooms > List.
  2. Select the room or rooms, right-click and choose Modify > Access rights.
  3. In the pop-up window, select a person in the drop-down menu and validate.


Limit access to rooms

Staff with an authorization profile Administration or the room owner can change the access rights to a room.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Rooms > List.
  2. Select the rooms, right-click and choose Modify > Access rights.
  3. Tick Limit access to.
  4.  Tick a user profile to give access to all users in the profile or click on the profile to display the users and tick them individually.
