  • Organize an oral exam

You can plan and organize your oral exams directly from HYPERPLANNING.

From the timetable grid

The constraints of the timetable are tight, you need an overview of the timetable of the different resources.
  1. Go to the display Timetable of one of the resources and display 2, 3 or 4 timetables according to your needs.
  2. Trace the oral in the grid on a free slot, double-click to create the course.
  3. Fill in the course form.
  4. Right-click on the course and choose Transform into oral exam.

  1. In the pop-up window, specify the characteristics of the oral exam. Tick Extract and view the generated oral exams if this is the only oral exam to be planned, otherwise leave blank and repeat the procedure for the other oral exams.

  1. The oral exam is created and the course is now locked in the grid.

From the list of oral examinations

The timetable constraints are loose or you already know the time slot, you can create the oral exam directly from the list of oral exams.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Oral exam > List.
  2. Click on the line Create an oral exam.


  1. In the pop-up window:
    • Highlight the week concerned by the oral exam;
    • Add the concerned resources (Subjects, Teachers, Students and Rooms);
    • Define the characteristics of the oral exam (HYPERPLANNING tells you how long the session will take, indicating whether several oral exams in parallel are needed (tick Allow the overlapping of the oral exams with the same public) or several days will be necessary;
    • Trace the oral exam in the grid, by selecting a resource in the form, its timetable is displayed on the grid);

  1. L'oral est créé et visible sur l'emploi du temps de la promotion.
