How to prohibit the modification of the elapsed weeks?

It is the administrator who can forbid the modification of the elapsed weeks in the timetable by going to Parameters > General parameters > Seal a period.

Two possibilities:

automatically seal the elapsed weeks,
seal weeks manually by highlighting them on the slider.
