Notify those concerned by a change in the timetable
HYPERPLANNING makes it possible to inform the persons concerned by a change in the timetable in two ways, by sending an e-mail or by sending a notification.
Send an e-mail to the people concerned by the change
- Go to the display
Timetable of your choice in the tab Schedules.
- Click once on the class meeting to select it.
- Right-click and choose Inform via e-mail.
- In the pop-up window, tick the resources you want to write to, if necessary, select the recipients individually in the selection window that appears. The teacher, the students and the pedagogical coordinator(s) are pre-selected, just tick the corresponding resource.
- Use the button
to modify the recipients within a resource type.
- To insert in the message, all the information (teacher, schedule, etc.) about the canceled class meeting, click on the button Insert a course rubric and choose Summary of the course.
- In the same way as when you send an e-mail from the toolbar button, you can use a template, add a signature, attach a document, etc.
- Click on the button Send the e-mail.
Send a notification to those concerned by the change
The notification is sent to the user's Webspace and then relayed by e-mail (teachers and porters only) and/or by phone if the recipients have authorized notifications from the Webspace or the application.

Timetable of your choice in the tab Schedules.
- Click once on the class meeting to select it.
- Right-click and choose Sending of a notification.
- The concerned porters, students and teachers are selected by default. Un-tick the resource that should not be notified.
