How do I modify the duration of a course?
From the tab Schedules > Courses >
List: double-click in the column Duration.
From the displays Timetable
and Schedule 
: double-click on the course and click and drag the border of the green frame. To lengthen the course, the corresponding time slot must be free.
The duration of the course is modified for all the class meetings of the highlighted weeks on the slider.
