  • How to verify if a course does not respect a resource constraint?

To verify if the placement of a course does not respect the constraints of a subject, a teacher, a class or the hourly maximum of a resource:

  1. From the display Timetable of one of the resources, select the course and click on it to switch to diagnostic mode.
  2. Move the green frame to the wanted slot: 
    • If the Weekly Hourly Maximum of a resource is exceeded, the symbol  is displayed on the front on the course form.
    • If the Daily Hourly Maximum of a resource is exceeded, the symbol  is displayed on the front on the course form.
    • If the Maximum number of days of presence per year of a resource is exceeded, the symbol  is displayed on the front on the course form.
    • If the Maximum number of days of presence per week of a resource is exceeded, the symbol  is displayed on the front on the course form.
    • If the subject incompatibility is not respected, the symbol is displayed in front of the concerned resource.
    • If the previous course or the following course is on another site and that the travel time is not respected, the symbol is displayed in front of the concerned resource.
    • If the course encroaches on the intercourse, a symbol is displayed on the price sheet, in front of the concerned resource.
    • If one of the resources is unavailable on this slot, a pale red square  is displayed in front.
