Yes, if the place is not possible due to constraints such as unavailability, lunch break, etc. or if the problematic courses are not locked. You can then "force the placement" by ignoring constraints or by de-positioning problematic courses.
HYPERPLANNING warns you and asks you to confirm.
If problematic  courses are locked, placement is not possible.
