  • Enter the unavailability of courses

You can enter unavailability for courses as you do for teachers, classes and rooms. This allows you to indicate, for example, that the courses of a given subject must imperatively take place in the morning (unavailability in the afternoon in this case). Course unavailability is in addition to resource unavailability. They are strictly complied with during automatic placement. During manual placement, they are indicated, but the user can ignore them.
  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Courses > Unavailability and wishes.
  2. Select the courses that have the same constraints in the list on the left. Think of using the sorting of a column to find for example all the courses of the same subject.
  3. Click on the red brush next to the menu (the green brush is used to define the periods in which the courses should be placed as a priority, if possible).
  4. Click and drag on the slots where the courses should not be placed.
