Support Support HYPERPLANNING
  • How to process courses in failure (courses in red)?

You can ask HYPERPLANNING to continue looking for a solution. To do this, launch the command Solve failures of the menu Placement. This command, which tries combinations that the calculator has not taken the time to explore, is to be launched on a small number of courses.

You can also try to understand why the course is in failure in order to make the necessary modifications. Go to the tab Schedules > Courses > List and sort the courses in the column Status to find the unplaced courses in red:
  • : HYPERPLANNING has detected the cause of the failure; place the cursor on the icon to see the reason in a tooltip.
  • : no apparent reason; it may be a combinatorial problem that the computer cannot solve.
