  • Why does HYPERPLANNING display the course on several lines?

When only some class meetings of a course are concerned by a modification (place, memo, type, etc.), HYPERPLANNING represents the course as follows in the course list:
  • a first line centralizes the initial information: it is called the father course;
  • the class meetings that share the same characteristics are grouped together on a line in a son course: Therefore, there are as many son courses as there are "course variants". If a course is held in three different slots, there are three son courses.
The father course is identified by the chaining on a colored background. The son courses are listed below with the chain of the same color. A blue chain indicates that all class meetings can be placed in the same place if necessary. A red chain indicates that the class meetings cannot be placed in the same place.
