HYPERPLANNING - How to place a course according to the availability of rooms?

This feature allows you to place the course in a time slot where there is definitively a room available.

Go to the display Schedules > Rooms > Room search.
If you want to restrict the selection to certain rooms or groups of rooms, select them in the list on the left and choose Selected in the characteristics.
Highlight the weeks concerned by the room search on the top slider.
Specify the course model to be used and the duration of the course.
If necessary, specify the characteristics of the room you are looking for (capacity, site, families, etc.) in your search.
The slider indicates if there are public holidays in the active period.

Click on the button Search: the number of rooms available is indicated in each time slot.
Click and drag the green frame on the desired slot and double-click to access the rooms.

In the pop-up window, tick the wanted room and click on the button Reserve:
- if the room is in limited access, a reservation request is sent;
- if you have access to the room, you can modify the subject Room reservation and add the necessary resources from the course form.
