What if I don't know the period of the courses?

If you do not know the period of the courses when you create them in HYPERPLANNING, you can create an unplaced course in the period All year. To do this, use the shortcut Ctrl + N, indicate the known characteristics of the course, its placement properties Movable class meetings (for a stationary or variable seat according to your choice) and choose the period All year by clicking on

to the right of the slider Potential.

You are now in one of the situations described in the instructions for use on the manual placement of the courses. Once the period of the course is known, proceed according to the corresponding situation.
