What should I bear in mind when importing placed courses?
From version 2023 onwards, HYPERPLANNING allows you to import placed courses.
To import placed courses from a spreadsheet, you need to pay attention to the following points:
- Your spreadsheet should include two new columns:
- a column to indicate the day of the week (format: Monday; Tuesday,...)
- a column for the time the course begins (format HH:MM:SS)
- When importing courses, HYPERPLANNING now only considers week numbers starting from 1, regardless of your display preferences. You cannot use the calendar numbers.
- Each line must correspond to a homogeneous placement (a day, a beginning of a course). Variable courses must be imported in several lines.
- If the placement information is incorrect, the course will be imported as an unplaced course.
- If at least one class meeting cannot be placed, the entire course will be imported as an unplaced course.
