  • What is a course in HYPERPLANNING?

In HYPERPLANNING, by "course", we mean any event that appears on the timetable (lecture, workshop, class meeting in a group, meeting, first day of school day, etc.).

The course brings together all the resources that need to be mobilized in the same time slot: teacher, public or room. All situations are allowed: a course with 5 teachers without a public (for example, for a meeting), a course with a public composed of 3 groups from different classes, a course without a teacher without a public to block a room, etc. When you place or move a course, the software checks that all its resources are available in the chosen slot.

Depending on how you design the timetable, a course may be a single class meeting or a series of class meetings.

In the software, you can select a course in a timetable grid or from the list of courses.

In both cases, all the information about the course is displayed in the course form.
