  • Grouping of classes, tutorials or options

If several classes or groups regularly work together, you can group them together to process them rapidly.

Create a grouping

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Classes > List.
  2. Conduct a multi-selection of the classes and/or groups that will make up the grouping.
  3. Right click on the selection and choose the command Create a grouping > With the selected public.


  1. You switch to the display Schedules > Groupings > Components and can modify the name of the automatically created grouping.

Modify a grouping

  1. Go to the tab Schedules > Groupings > Components.
  2. Select the grouping on the left.
  3. On the right, you can add a component to the grouping or delete one of the components with the key Del..
 
From the course form, instead of inserting each component, click on the + of Groupings.
