  • Create the teacher's roster

The photos of the teachers can be recovered in bulk if they are all grouped in a folder and named the same way.
  1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > PHOTO > Import and allocate the photos > of the teachers.


  1. In the import window, click on Browse to designate the folder where the photos are located.
  2. Indicate how the photos are named so that HYPERPLANNING can allocate the photos to the right resources. Les noms et prénoms utilisés doivent être écrits rigoureusement comme les noms et prénoms saisis dans la base.

  1. Click on Launch the allocation.
