Verify subject incompatibilities
By default, a subject is incompatible with itself, so that there are not two courses of the same subject on the same day for the same group of students. You can create additional incompatibilities between two subjects that you do not want to be scheduled on the same day or you can remove these default incompatibilities if this constraint does not apply in your institution.
Define new incompatibilities
- Go to the tab Schedules > Subjects >
Subject incompatibilities. - Select one of the two incompatible subjects.
- Click on the add line.
- In the pop-up window, tick the other subject and validate.
To remove an incompatibility, right-click in the list on the right and choose the command Delete the selection or use the key Del.
Delete all default incompatibilities
- Go to the tab Schedules > Subjects > Subject incompatibilities.
- Select all subjects from the list on the left with Ctrl+ A.
- Select a subject incompatibility from the list on the right, right-click and choose Select all.
- Right-click again and choose Delete the selection.
