  • Customize the subject designations by class

For the same subject, you can choose to display different designations for different classes. A dedicated display ensures correspondence between the reference designation (which always appears on the course form and the data entry displays) and the customized designation for the class (which appears on timetables, gradebooks, report cards and summaries).
  1. Go to the display Schedules > Subjects > List.
  2. Click on the line Create a subject, enter the designation to be used for a specific class.
  3. Go to the display Schedules > Classes > Customized subjects.
  4. Select the class from the list on the left.
  5. Tick the option Only the subjects of the selection in the top right-hand corner to limit the display to the subjects taken by the class.
  6. For each subject, double-click in the column Customized subjects. In the pop-up window, select the subject (previously created in the subject list) and validate.
