Activate CFA features
The CFA functionalities allow you to manage the annual statutory base of teachers.
- Go to the menu Parameters > Other modules > CFA.
- Tick Activate the CFA features.
- Define the statuses to be assigned to teachers: a teacher will inherit the data specified for his/her status. You can use the predefined statuses or create new ones.
- Configure the calculation of hours according to the status of the teachers. The weekly provision is entered for the active weeks.
- In the section Overtime hours, fill in the parameters so that HYPERPLANNING can calculate the overtime and complementary hours of each teacher.
- You can then consult the annual statutory basis of the teachers from the tab Schedules > Teachers >
Annual statutory base.
