  How to change the time grid during the year?

Go to the menu File > Utilities > Convert a base. Converting the database transfers you to Exclusive Usage mode (all other users switch to Consultation mode).

In the pop-up window, you can modify the working days, the number of hours per day as well as the time step.

Results of the conversion:

• Hours are added or subtracted at the end of the day.
• If courses are placed on days that you render non-working or a time slot that you delete, they are not deleted, but lose their place: you find them in failure , marked in red in the list of courses.
• If you set a larger time step, courses using a smaller time step are converted. Let's take as an example a 1 and a half hour course created with a 30 minute time step: if we define a new time step of 1 hour, this 1 and a half hour course automatically becomes a 1 hour course.
