Recover users from the previous year?
To recover the users, the Controller 
must be shut down.
must be shut down.- From the Controller , click on the panel Network users, tab List of users.
- At the bottom of the screen, fill in Recover the configuration (users, profiles and schedule) of a former version by the year that suits you, then click on the button
. - The window Recovery of users appears. By default, the file *.profils corresponding to your old version is selected.
- Click on Open to recover schedules, users and their profiles.
Caution: this operation must be done BEFORE creating your new users or schedules because this manipulation deletes the existing users and schedules and the defined SPR password.
