Manually create users

Go to one of the following applications:
- from the hosting console : in the panel Controller ,
- from the Client : in the menu File > User administration.
Click on the tab List of users.
Click on New.
Enter the username, then the user's first and last name, confirming each time with the key Enter on your keyboard.
A password is generated automatically and the new user is created by default with the status User .
As a User , he/she accesses the schedules to which he/she is assigned with rights corresponding to his/her profile (modification/consultation). Click in the column Status to assign a different status:
- Superadministrator : he/she has access to all administration applications (Controller , Servers , etc.) and can have the group rights Administration for a schedule.
- Base administrator : he/she can create new schedules from the application Server administration and can have the group rights Administration for a schedule.

From the hosting console only: to authorize an administrator to access the console, tick the column .
For the user to be able to connect to the base, he/she must then be assigned to a user profile for the concerned schedule.

Assign users to profiles

Users already created can be assigned to different profiles according to their status and schedules.

Go to one of the following applications:
- from the hosting console : in the panel Controller ,
- from the Client : in the menu File > User administration.
Click on the tab Assigning to profiles.
From the hosting console only: select the schedule if more than one is available.
Click on the profile to display a list of users who have not yet been assigned. Tick all users with the same profile, then validate.

For the profile Administration, only users with the status Superadministrator or Base administrator are suggested.
From the Client only: to eventually change a user's profile, click and drag them to their new profile. This profile change always remains linked to the user's status and may therefore prove impossible.
