What are the different types of users?
There are 4 user types and, by default, 3 different profiles.
The types of users
- The SPR: has access to all administration applications (Controller
, Servers 
, etc.) and always has the rights to the group Administration when connected to a schedule from a Client. - The HYPERPLANNING Administrators
: have access to all administration applications Controller , Servers Administration for a schedule. - The Base Administrators
: can create new schedules from the administration application Servers and can have the rights of the group Administration for a schedule. - The other users
access the schedules to which they are assigned with rights corresponding to their profile (modification/consultation).
The default profiles
-
- Administration: non-modifiable profile with all authorizations. To be assigned to the Administration profile, the user must be previously designated as a schedule administrator.
- Consultation: requires the acquisition of consultation users (not included in the default Network version). Users with this profile can view, print, email and export data depending on the granted authorizations.
- Modification: creation, modification, communication, import and export authorizations.
User and profile management is accessible from the administration application of the Controller via the panel Network users as well as from the Client 
via the menu File > User administration.
