When you send e-mail from your workstation, they can be processed in two ways (depending on the settings you have chosen): either they are sent to recipients directly from the Client 
, or they are first sent to the Server 
(which centralizes e-mail from all the Clients in your system), then resent to recipients from that same Server.
Delegate sending e-mail to the Server has several advantages:

- only one setting to configure (at the Server level, or no configuration at all in hosted mode);
- no e-mail lost in the event of a malfunction (if the SMTP server is down, e-mail is stored on the Server HYPERPLANNING and resent later);
- no more waiting during sending, whether you want to continue working or shut down your computer.
Option No. 1: Centralize the sending of e-mail from the Server
The delegation for sending e-mail is configured by default in hosted mode.
Option No. 2: Sending e-mail from the Client
- Go to the menu Configuration > Configure the sending of e-mail for this workstation.
- Select the option Personal account, then click the button to add your e- messaging service information.
- Click on Next, then enter the verification code you received.
- Click on the button Test the sending of e-mail to verify the configuration. If you receive the message time limit exceeded, increase the server's waiting delay.
