Connect a Client to a schedule
Entering login identifiers
- From the Client's home screen, click on the schedule you want to connect to.
- In the connection window, enter your username and password and click on the button Validate.
Password customization
When you log in for the first time, it is mandatory to personalize the password you have been given. For your new password, you must follow the rules for the composition of passwords adopted by the institution.
- Enter the new password.
- Enter it a second time, then click on the button Validate.
PIN code definition
Depending on the security policy set by the administrator, you may be asked for double authentication in the form of a PIN code. If this is the case, in the pop-up window, define the code.
- Use the numeric keypad to enter and confirm the code by clicking on the button Validate each time.
If you do not activate the PIN during the first connection, by selecting one of the other two options, you can do it later in the menu My preferences > SECURITY > Protecting my account in Client HYPERPLANNING. - If the device you are connecting from is used only by you or trusted individuals, tick I add this device to the list of my "recognized" devices and give it a name to identify it. The PIN code will no longer be required when connecting from this device; only your username and password will be required.
- Click on the button Next.
- You access your Client's home page.
