Support HYPERPLANNING-
Create an archive of the database
- From the Client
, go to the menu File > Make an archive and choose:
- a compressed archive (*.zip): the folder can be decompressed and explored manually,
- an encrypted archive (*.archs): no element in the folder can be read without the archive being recovered in HYPERPLANNING
- In the pop-up window, select the folder where you want to save the *.zip (compressed archive) or *.archs (encrypted archive) file, tick the additional elements you want to add (photos, standard letters, letters mailed, MCQ, etc.), then click on Save.
A user in Modification mode can create an archive of the database if authorized in Import/Export > Authorize copying of the base and preparation for the following year is ticked in their utilization profiles.
