  Where to define and recover the names of domains, schedules and publications in the software?

Domain names are the addresses given to users to configure the Client HYPERPLANNING or to connect via the Webspaces or a handheld.

From the panel Configuration of the console

Domain names and schedule names can only be changed by the hosting manager, since only he can access the console's Configuration panel.

Rubric Controller HYPERPLANNING

The Associated domain name (with the corresponding port number) chosen...

... must be used when connecting the Client to the Controller. In the configuration window of the Client, enter the information in the fields IP address or domain name and TCP Port. We recommend that you enter the name of your school.

Rubric Server HYPERPLANNING

The Associated domain name (with the corresponding port number) chosen...

... must be used when the Client connects to the Server. In the connection parameters window, enter the information in the fields Machine's address (Name or IP) and TCP Port.

The Schedule's name defined in the console is only visible when the Client connects to the Server, in the login window. Schedule names are not visible to users of Webspaces and handhelds.

From the panel My schedules of the console

The schedule publication name can be modified by the superadministrators and the base administrators from the console.

The Publication name defined from the tab HYPERPLANNING Server and the name of the active base...

... is the information then displayed in the title bar of the Client HYPERPLANNING.
