  • Choisir les Espaces publiés

  1. From the panel My schedules of the console, select the schedule from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the tab HYPERPLANNING.net.
  3. Your database should not be published. If so, click on the button Shut down the publication.



  4. In the tab Publication parameters, tick/un-tick the wanted Webspaces.



The choice of published pages is configured exclusively by the Client.
To ensure that the Internet Webspaces are accessible to users, also verify that users are authorized to access them.
Go to one of the following displays:
  • Schedules > Teachers/Students/Staff > List,
  • Schedules > Students > Parent form.
For each user, check that the column Webspace.Net is ticked. If not, they cannot access their respective Webspaces.
