Create a new base
To create a new database, the server must be shut down. If your server contains a base from a previous year, you will need to create an archive of it first.
- From the panel My schedules
of the console, select the schedule in the drop-down menu. - Click on the tab HYPERPLANNING server.
- The Publication's name is the name seen by users. By default, it's the name of the schedule, but you can customize it.
- Click on the button Create a base.
- Configure the time grid.
- Validate. The schedule is automatically activated after the validation of the time grid, users can now connect.
