Connect to the hosting console
To create a new database, replace the in-service database with a safeguard or publish the Webspaces, the hosting manager connects to a hosting console from which he controls the HYPERPLANNING server applications.
From a Windows workstation
To connect to the hosting console, you install an application on your computer and connect to the console on the Internet via this application.
- From an Internet browser, the first time, go to https://www.index-education.com/fr/console-hebergement-hyperplanning.php
- Click on the button Install the console and follow the installation procedures.
- From the workstation where the console is installed, double-click the shortcut installed on your desktop.
- Indicate if you connect as Hosting manager or as the SPR, Superadministrator or Base Administrator.
- Enter the hosting number (sent by e-mail).
- Enter your password (sent by SMS).
- On first login only, enter an invoice number (sent by e-mail).
From a Mac workstation
To connect to the hosting console, you must first install a certificate.
- From an Internet browser, the first time, go to https://www.index-education.com/fr/console-hebergement-hyperplanning.php
- Click on the button Access your console.
- On the console home page, click on the button I have not yet downloaded my certificate.
- Enter your hosting number (sent by e-mail) along with your username and your password (sent by SMS). If you have lost this information, you can request it again, from a Client connected to the base, via the command Hosting > Receive my hosting identifiers.
- Enter the number of your last invoice (received by e-mail) and click the button I download my certificate.
- Copy the password needed for the installation and follow the certificate installation procedure.
- Once the certificate is installed, close all your browser windows and log back in to the hosting console.
