Where can I find the hosting number, the last invoice number and the hosting password?
To connect to the hosting console, you must be registered with Index Education as the hosting manager.
The information necessary to connect is communicated to the hosting manager during the implementation of hosting:
- the hosting number by e-mail,
- the hosting password by SMS.
The number of the last invoice is also requested during the first connection from a computer.
If the contact details of the hosting manager have changed since the hosting was implemented (new email address or new phone number), you can update the hosting manager's contact information.
