What if the automatic license registration does not work?
The registration of the license is conducted via the menu File > Utilities > Automatic registration of the license.
If you have a problem with the automatic registration (network, connection, firewall, etc.), send an e-mail request to code@index-education.fr with the following information:
- the name of the institution and the city,
- the client reference and invoice number that appear on your invoice,
- the version of the product that you can find at the top in the title bar of the software,
- the identification key that you can copy by going to File > Utilities > Enter your registration code > Entry of the code,
- the letter of the workstation to be replaced (in the case of an equipment replacement).
You will receive the code by e-mail: copy it, launch the command File > Utilities > Enter your registration code > Entry of the code, paste the code and validate.
