Connect a Client to a schedule
Entering the connection identifiers
- From the Client home screen, click on the schedule you wish to connect to.
- In the connection window, enter your username and password, then click on the button Validate.
Password personalization
When you log in for the first time, you must personalize the password that was given to you. For your new password, you must respect the rules of composition of the passwords adopted by the institution.- Enter the new password.
- Enter it a second time, then click on the button Validate.
Definition of the PIN code
Depending on the security policy set by the administrator, you may be asked for double authentication in the form of a PIN code. If this is the case, in the pop-up window, define the code.- Use the numeric keypad to enter and confirm the code, clicking on the button Validate each time.
If you do not activate the PIN code when you first connect by selecting one of the other two options, you can do so later in the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account of Client HYPERPLANNING. - If the device you are connecting from is used only by you or trusted individuals, tick I add this device to the list of my "recognized" devices and give it a name that identifies it. You will no longer be asked for a PIN code when logging in from this device; only your username and password will be required.
- Click on the button Next.
- You will access your Client's home page.
