Configure the sending of emails for each user
If you have delegated the sending of e-mails to the Server
and defined shared email accounts, it is not necessary to make a setting for each user. The email settings are configured by default. Otherwise, each user has to configure the sending.

- From the Client
, go to the menu Configuration > Configure the sending of e-mail for this workstation.
- Designate the e-mail account to be used:
- Institutional account or
- Personal account
- Define the sending parameters. To do this, click on the button
:
- if messaging profiles have been defined, click on the button Recover an e-mail dispatching profile and select a profile, otherwise the button is not displayed;
- otherwise, enter the information about the SMTP server.
- Validate.
- Click on the button Test the sending of e-mail to verify the configuration. If you get the message Time limit exceeded, augment the waiting time of the server.
