The configuration is to be made for each user from the Client

. You can create email profiles beforehand to facilitate this configuration.

From the Client , go to Configuration > Manage the e-mail dispatching profiles
Click on the creation line, enter a designation that can be easily identified by the users who will have to recover the profile and validate with the key Enter on your keyboard.
On the right, enter the SMTP server information.
These parameters are recovered by the user.
