Assign users
Users can be assigned to different profiles according to the schedules. Users must be created beforehand.
- From the Server
, on the pane corresponding to the schedule, in the panel Assigning the users. - If necessary, select the schedule.
- Click on the profile to display the list of users who have not yet been assigned: only users with an administrator status are proposed for the profile Administration.
- You can use the search tool
to find the user concerned. - Tick all users with the same profile, then validate.
- To change a user's profile, click and drag them to their new profile.
