When is an IP address suspended? How to unblock it?
Access to the database is suspended after several erroneous identifications. Access to the database becomes possible again after a certain period of time, but the administrator can also manually release the IP address concerned.
- Go to the security parameters:
- from the Controller
, panel Security parameters, - from the Server
, panel Security parameters, - from the Client
, menu Server > Security parameters.
- from the Controller
- Click on the tab View the connections.
- Click on the button Refresh to see all the IP addresses.
- Look at the column Status to locate suspended IP addresses.
- Click on the button Release the suspended IP.
