Users connect to the database via the Client

and possibly via the Secretariat Webspace on the Internet.

From Controller , go to the panel Network users.
Click on the tab List of users.
Click on the creation line, New.
Enter the connection identifier (Connection identifier), then the surname and first name of the user, validating each time with the key Enter from your keyboard.
A password is automatically generated.
- HYPERPLANNING Administrator : has access to all administration applications (Controller , Servers , etc.) and can have the rights of the group Administration for a schedule.
- Base Administrator : can create new schedules from the administration application Servers and can have the rights of the group Administration for a schedule.
- User . he/she accesses the schedules to which he/she is assigned with rights corresponding to his/her profile (modification/consultation).
In order for the user to be able to connect to the database, he/she will have to be assigned to a user profile for the schedule in question.
