Register the license
It is essential to register your license to work after the 8-week evaluation period. It is necessary to register it again if you make a new acquisition (additional users, registration to the SMS service, etc.). This registration can be done from the Controller

or the Client 
via the menu File > Utilities > Automatically register your license.
, the Server or the Client via the menu File > Utilities > Automatically register your license.If you are already a customer, HYPERPLANNING automatically recovers your client number from the license files on your computer. A confirmation window reminds you of the version and options acquired.
If you are a new customer, have a recent invoice handy and in the pop-up window:
- Enter your client reference.
- Enter your invoice number.
- Enter your e-mail address and validate.

If you encounter a problem with the automatic registration (network, connection, firewall, etc.), send a request by e-mail to code@index-education.fr while specifying the following elements:

- the name of the institution and the city, the client reference and the invoice number that appear on your invoice,
- the version of the product that you find at the top in the title bar of the software,
- the identification key that you can copy by going to File > Utilities > Enter your registration code > Entry of the code,
- the letter of the workstation to be replaced (in the case of a hardware replacement) found in the menu Configuration > About.
