Download available documents
Downloading and selecting downloadable documents (Address, Connection for parents) are subject to authorization and are not available for students.
On the other hand, parents can receive documents allocated to students (Address, Certificate of completion of training program, Student card, Certificate of achievement, Scholastic enrollment certificate, Connection for student, Training invitation, Training program convocation). Documents are only available in a PDF format.

- Go to Personal information > Documents.
- By default, you access the rubric To be downloaded. Click on the document to be recovered.
- In the pop-up window, click on the link.
- The PDF opens automatically in your browser tab. Save the document on your device.
Deposit documents
If the institution requires any documents (insurance certificate, bank details, etc.), you can deposit them from your Parents Webspace.
- Go to Personal information > Documents.
- Click on To be downloaded, the rubric displayed by default, then, in the pop-up window, select the rubric To be deposited online.
- On the concerned document line, click on To be deposited.
- Designate the file to be deposited.
- You can click on the file to consult it or click on the button
to delete and replace it.
