Assiduity
- A new digital sign-in circuit enables you to check the presence of trainers and legally certify everyone's attendance: set up digital sign-in.
- Sign-in: making sign-in data available to OPCOs via a dedicated portal. Available in April 2025.
- Cumulative absences per class in the summary of students following more than one curriculum. Available in April 2025.
Security
- Define a security policy by user type. For example, you can require double authentication for teachers and staff: manage password personalization rules.
Student follow-ups
- If you don't need the features linked to the student's parents (entry of contact details, document recipients, dedicated Webspace, etc.), you can customize the designation "Parent": modify the main designations.
- Students can enter their CVEC number directly from their Webspace. Available in April 2025.
- Assigning several pedagogical coordinators to a class.
- Insertion of the student's personal and/or institutional e-mail address in mail templates.
- Entry of the follow-ups in multi-selection. Available in April 2025.
Evaluation
- Additional information displayed on the interface dedicated to the report card footer.
- Display of the sum of ECTS obtained at module and service level.
- Enter a free appraisal on multi-year report cards.
- Recovery of questions from an existing MCQ.
Communication
- It is now possible to collect documents from teachers (CNI, service records, etc.): collect documents from students and teachers.
- Add a document to an e-mail edited from a template.
Apprenticeship
- New fields allow you to enter (or have companies enter) all the data required to issue a CERFA apprenticeship. Available in April 2025.
Mobile application
- Dark mode: how to activate/deactivate dark mode in the mobile application?
- New account management.
- Display of courses on student schedules according to the colors assigned to teachers.
Mobile application
- Inclusion of teacher discharge hours in all workload calculations.
- Inclusion of the duration of paid cancelled courses in the hourly breakdown of the course summary. Available in April 2025.
Sharing data
- Web service: all API are proposed in REST. The SOAP API is still available, but all new functions will only be implemented in REST.: consult the API.
