  • Set up digital sign-in (new)

Digital sign-in allows you to certify the presence of instructors and students at scheduled class meetings. In the case of training courses financed by public or private organizations (such as OPCOs), this sign-in provides concrete proof of the commitment of trainees and the effective implementation of the training course.
It establishes the identity of the signatory and guarantees the authenticity of his/her signature. It is also material proof in the event of disagreement or litigation.
This feature is only available for hosted customers and is included in the license up to a certain threshold. It is then available in the Teacher, Student and Secretariat Webspaces.
Important: digital sign-in is not activated by default. To access this trusted service, please contact our sales department beforehand.

Activate digital sign-in

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Assiduity > Digital sign-in.
  2. Tick Activate the management of digital sign-in.

  3. When activated, the window Institution's code selection is displayed. Click on New, enter the client code specific to the base you're working on, then click on the button Validate.

Teacher's roll call from their Webspace

From his/her Webspace, the teacher takes the roll call.

In the case of manual sign- in, any student present on the roll call sheet must be recorded as absent if he/she is not there, even when the student is on an internship, for example. The teacher must have the right to enter absences so that the course can take place.
  1. Go to the tab Assiduity > Roll call sheet.
  2. Select the course in the timetable. The roll call mode (Roll call by teacher, Rolling QR Code or Set QR Code) is specified.
  3. On the concerned student lines, click or Absence or Tardiness.
  4. Select Yes to end the roll call at the bottom of the roll call sheet.

  5. In the pop-up window, the teacher signs, then clicks on the button Open the digital sign-in.

If the signature does not meet the teacher's requirements, he or she can repeat the operation by clicking on the button .
  6. You're immediately taken to the tab Validation of presence. From now on, students present in class will be asked to sign in to confirm their attendance. The sign-in is open to teachers and students for the duration of the course + 15 minutes thereafter. In the example below, the class runs from 10 a.m. to noon, but the student can sign in as late as 12.15 p.m.

Student's signature

As soon as the course is open for digital sign-in, a widget on the Webspace homepage invites the student to sign/scan the QR Code and sign.

They can also go to the tab Student Administration > Summary of my sign-ins, then click on To sign in the left-hand menu.

After clicking on the button Sign, the following window appears. The student signs, then clicks on the button Validate.

Monitor student signatures

From their Webspace, teachers can view whether or not students complete the digital sign-in process.

Final validation to verify signatures

  1. Go to the display Assiduity > Digital sign-in > Supervision per class meeting.
  2. Select the concerned course. On the right, you'll see the teacher and student signatures.
