How do I administer the Web Service remotely?
In the Network version, you can control the applications Controller 
, Server 
, HYPERPLANNING.net 
, HYPERPLANNING.data 
or Web Service 
from a workstation other than the one on which the application is installed. To do this, use the corresponding remote administration application.

Remote administration applications can be found on the application download page, HYPERPLANNING > Téléchargement > Télécharger HYPERPLANNING.
- Go to the rubric HYPERPLANNING 2024 NETWORK | For the administrators.
- Download the application WEB SERVICE Administration.
- Install it on the workstation you wish to administer remotely.
Authorize remote administration from the application
- Go to the panel Remote Administration from the Web Service .
- Tick Authorize remote administration.
- Verify that the port is open, and change it if it's being used by another application.
- Enter the address of the workstation on which the remote administration application is installed.
If you want to administer remotely from several workstations, the addresses of these workstations must all be authorized. If these addresses are consecutive, leave ticked By block and select the appropriate mask. and select the appropriate mask. If the addresses are not consecutive, tick By range and enter the concerned address ranges.
Configure the remote administration application
- From the remote administration application, go to panel List of servers.
- Enter a name for the Server.
- Transfer the IP address and port number from the panel Publication parameters of the application.
