Modify/recover your PIN code
Modify your PIN code
- Go to the le menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the section Strengthen the security of my account, click on the button Modify my PIN code.
- In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter your current PIN code, then click on the button Validate.
- Enter a new PIN code and confirm it. Click on the button Validate each time.
Recover your PIN code
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask the administrator. However, PIN recovery is subject to authorization. If this is not possible, please contact the HYPERPLANNING administrator at your institution so that this right can be granted.

- In the PIN entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A window tells you that a reset code has been e-mailed to you. Click on Close.
- Once you've read the PIN reset code e-mail in your mailbox, use the numeric keypad to enter the 6-digit code you've received, then click on the button Validate.
- When the reset code has been entered, set the new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter, then confirm the code by clicking the button Validate each time.
- If you don't want to have to enter your PIN code in the future, register your device and click on the button Next.
