The maximum number of simultaneous connections has been reached, I cannot connect to the Client...

In Administrative mode, simultaneous connections to the Client are limited to four users (or more, if your company has purchased additional connection rights).

If this error message appears, it means that there are already four users connected in Administrative mode: the fifth user cannot use this mode.

There are several solutions to the problem:

• log on to Administrative mode by ticking the box Consultation (if your school has subscribed to the Unlimited Consultation license);
  
  
  
  
• ask the administrator to disconnect a user to free up a connection.
