  • How do I manage the devices I connect from?

In the rubric Registered devices of the Protecting the account page, you'll find all the devices you've registered when logging in (from the mobile application or Webspace). When you log in to your account from these devices, HYPERPLANNING does not ask you to enter the PIN code.

We recommend that you only register devices that are only used by you or persons you trust.

Delete a registered device

If you no longer use one of these devices, or if it becomes accessible to others, remove it from the list of registered devices. On the line of the concerned device, click on the button , then choose Delete.



Modify a registered device

If you wish to change the name of your device, click on the button , then choose Details. In the pop-up window, you can change the designation if required. Close the window for this to take effect.
