I don't remember my PIN code. What should I do?
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask authorized personnel. Resetting your PIN code is subject to an authorization and requires several prerequisites. If this is not possible, please contact the HYPERPLANNING administrator at your institution.

- In the PIN entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A window indicates that a reset code has been sent by e-mail. Click on Close.
- After reading the Resetting code for your PIN code e-mail in your mailbox, enter the 6-digit code you've received, then click on the button Validate.
- In the pop-up window, set the new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter, then confirm the code, clicking the button Validate each time.
