  • Modify your contact details

Modification of contact details is subject to an authorization. If this is not possible, please contact the institution's HYPERPLANNING administrator.
  1. Click on the button .
  2. Go to Personal information > Account.
  3. Click on My profile.
  4. In the rubric Contact information, fill in/modify the wanted fields:
    • the postal address,
    • the e-mail address,
    • the cellphone number. If you have entered a cellphone number, you can then indicate whether you agree to receive SMS messages from the institution.
