Fill in the periodic competence statement
You can enter an evaluation for all the competencies in the blocks that have been assigned to you. If a competence is not assessable in your discipline, leave the box blank.
- Select the student for whom you wish to enter an evaluation by clicking on the name to the left of the menu bar.
- Go to the tab Student follow-up > Competence evaluations.
- Select the period for which you want to enter an evaluation:
- For an annual evaluation, select the name of the class,
- For an evaluation per period, select the period (if the period is sealed, the message Entry impossible: the competence statement is published, appears to the right of the drop-down menu).
- The column Student's self-evaluation indicates the positionings placed by the student.
- Enter your evaluation in the column My evaluation and your comment in the column Commentary and an overall appraisal of the block of competencies in Appraisals by block.
